O Holy One, we have spilled oil
drilled
made Your pristine presence quake
We have fouled Your waters
rotted your air
still our thirst is not slake
What will it take, O Holy One
for us to wake, repair
soiled sea? sooty sky?
Replace ravenous greed
with hunger
for Your Holiness
