Following two years cultivating stillness, discerning my true nature, welcoming my Source, today this corpse quickens, wide eyed, galvanized, seeing all things alive and moving.
two years in silent sanctuary
thick walls gather
recollect my wearied soul
casita is to cave convent
what this new condo is
to air traffic control tower
dependable immovable
deep down things seem
deep down … sound
today sweeping sky scapes
draw me out out out
mingling in moonlit morning
my eyes flirt
with barren aspen bending
stratocumulus clouds cavorting
filmy reflection mirroring
everything everything everything
is moving
seducing my awareness
drawing me out
out out
two years resting
in my nature letting
things alone
today i roll with clouds
melt with snow crystals
thank God everything everything
everything is moving

The day before yesterday I moved from a cloistered casita to an accessible condo near town. Following two years cultivating stillness, discerning my true nature, welcoming my Source, today this corpse quickens, wide eyed, galvanized, seeing all things alive. Everything is moving.
